Approved families receive consortium enrollment instructions granting access to placement services, family support resources, ongoing administrative support, enhanced screening options, Guardian Reserve Protection™ eligibility, and future placement assistance.
Family Consultation
A placement consultation is conducted to better understand household dynamics, parenting philosophy, childcare expectations, cultural preferences, travel expectations, educational goals, safety concerns, and special accommodations.
Candidate Matching
HSBHAPG begins an extensive internal matching process. Families do not browse public candidate profiles. Candidates are selected through qualification review, compatibility analysis, experience alignment, childcare specialization, personality compatibility, and professional suitability review.
Candidate Presentation
Selected candidates are presented to the family for consideration. Families may participate in interviews and discussions before final placement decisions are made.
Placement Finalization
Once both parties agree, placement agreements are executed, onboarding procedures begin, travel coordination is completed when applicable, and placement activation occurs.
Ongoing Support
HSBHAPG remains involved after placement through ongoing support and administrative oversight.

In addition, HSBHAPG reserves the right to conduct random, unannounced, and spontaneous drug testing throughout a childcare professional's affiliation with HSBHAPG.
Any confirmed violation of HSBHAPG's drug-free workforce standards may result in immediate removal from active placement status and termination from the HSBHAPG network.
