FROM CELEBRITY AU PAIR TO FOUNDER
Before establishing HSBHAPG, O'shala Heavenly Priti Lee De'Vargas worked as a celebrity au pair and supported children within the homes of prominent, entrepreneurial, and internationally active families. That experience gave her a direct understanding of the pressures surrounding affluent and exceptionally busy parents, the importance of continuity in a child's life, and the level of maturity required from a professional entrusted with private family access. Her work revealed that children in highly visible households do not need less emotional presence because they have greater resources; they often require an even more dependable, grounded, observant, and protective caregiver.
BEYOND HSBHAPG
In addition to leading HSBHAPG, Heavenly is the Founder of Spectrum Caelorum et Salus Animi Orbis Foundation, Inc. (SCSAO Foundation), a charitable organization focused on supporting children, youth, families, behavioral health initiatives, educational advancement, trauma-informed support programs, and child advocacy efforts. She has also authored and developed multiple child-protection legislative initiatives and advocacy frameworks designed to strengthen protections for children, particularly vulnerable and nonverbal children, while promoting greater accountability and awareness surrounding child safety and welfare concerns. These initiatives include The Heavenly Acts and additional child-protection advocacy efforts dedicated to advancing the safety, dignity, wellbeing, and rights of children.
THE MOMENT THAT DEFINED THE STANDARD
One experience became a permanent measure of the care Heavenly believes every child deserves. A fire broke out in the building of one of her clients while she was off duty. Without hesitation, she immediately went into action and entered the building to reach the family's eleven-month-old baby. She did not first consider her schedule, her title, or her own safety; she responded to the child. That instinctive courage and complete sense of responsibility became the epitome of the HSBHAPG standard. The company seeks au pairs whose care is not performative, conditional, or limited to assigned hours, but rooted in genuine protection, sound judgment, preparedness, and devotion to the wellbeing of the child.

Through her work with numerous business families, Heavenly acquired an in-depth understanding of privacy within high-profile and international households. HSBHAPG maintains a strict culture against name-dropping, public association, personal publicity, social-media disclosure, or discussion of any family, child, residence, schedule, destination, or private circumstance. Neither the company nor its au pairs may use access to a family for status, recognition, or personal advancement. Confidentiality is treated as an ongoing professional duty and a central condition of trust.

Welcome, and thank you for being here. I am Ajahanna De Vargas, and before any title I hold, I am a mother. Every decision we make at Heaven's Spectrum & Behavioral Health Au Pairs Global begins with one question: would I trust this person with my own children? If the answer is anything less than a wholehearted yes, we keep looking.
I was born in Beverly Hills and raised amid the world of Los Angeles and Hollywood, where a certain standard of living is simply part of everyday life. That environment taught me what exceptional truly looks like: the discretion, refinement, and attention to detail that distinguished families expect in every corner of their lives. It also showed me how rare it is to find care for children that meets that same standard. That understanding became my deeply rooted inspiration, and it is the standard we bring to every family we serve.
My life's work has been devoted to protecting children and upholding human dignity. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Human Services with a concentration in International Business Law, maintaining a 3.9 GPA. I am certified in Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, Protecting the Rights of the Child in Humanitarian Situations through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, Social Inclusion, and Social Work Diversity and Equality. My Diploma in Mental Health through the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence shapes the emotional care we bring to every child. My certifications in General Data Protection Regulation, Negotiation and Conflict, International Relations, and Geopolitics allow me to serve diplomatic, sovereign, and high-profile families with the discretion, privacy, and cultural awareness their lives require. As Founder and Executive Director of The De Jurè Ahmi Foundation, Inc., I have championed child advocacy and authored child protection legislation for educational settings. My leadership has been honored with the 2026 Global Recognition Award for Leadership and a 2023 Marquis Who's Who distinction as a Woman of Influence in the Western World of Business.
I co-founded this company alongside my daughter, O'Shala Priti Heavenly, who leads as our Chief Executive Officer. Supporting her vision was never a question for me. She understands, as I do, that childcare at this level is not a service; it is a sacred trust. For nearly five years, we have had the joy of placing exceptional au pairs with business, sovereign, diplomatic, political, and entertainment families around the world.
Our process is intentionally unhurried. Every candidate is thoroughly vetted, every placement is thoughtfully matched, and every family receives our full attention. We welcome children of every ability, including those with a wide range of disabilities, and we meet each child with the specialized care, emotional support, love, and compassion they deserve.
