"We do not simply place caregivers. We forge enduring bonds between exceptional people and the families privileged enough to call them their own."
OUR FOUNDING
HSBHAPG was created from direct experience inside the homes and daily lives of prominent, entrepreneurial, and internationally active families. Before founding the company, Heavenly served as a celebrity au pair and developed a deep understanding of the demands placed upon children whose parents carry exceptionally busy, visible, and high-responsibility lives.
Her experience revealed that premium childcare must go far beyond appearance, convenience, or résumé credentials. It requires instinctive protection, emotional intelligence, preparedness, discretion, accountability, and a genuine willingness to place a child’s safety first. Every protocol, screening standard, training expectation, and placement decision within HSBHAPG was built around that conviction.
One defining moment occurred when a fire broke out in the building of one of Heavenly’s clients. Although she was off duty, she immediately went into action and entered the building to reach the family’s eleven-month-old baby, acting without hesitation or concern for her own safety. That moment became a lasting expression of the level of courage, urgency, and devotion she expects from every au pair considered for the HSBHAPG roster.
Having worked with numerous business families, Heavenly also developed an exacting standard of privacy. HSBHAPG does not permit name-dropping, public discussion of clients, disclosure of household information, or the use of family relationships for personal recognition. International families, private schedules, residences, children, and placement details are protected with the depth of discretion expected in the most confidential households.
WHAT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH MEANS AT HSBHAPG
Behavioral health is not limited to a diagnosis, crisis, or disability. It includes the way a child thinks, feels, communicates, responds, regulates emotions, forms relationships, processes change, experiences stress, and functions within everyday life. HSBHAPG supports children with ordinary developmental needs as well as children whose care requires greater behavioral, emotional, developmental, neurological, sensory, communication, or physical understanding.
FOUNDATIONAL CARE
Children without a diagnosed condition still require structure, warmth, boundaries, emotional guidance, consistency, age-appropriate discipline, healthy routines, confidence-building, social development, and support through ordinary childhood transitions.
EMOTIONAL & MENTAL WELLBEING
Support may include children experiencing anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, sadness, emotional withdrawal, anger, stress, attachment disruption, family transitions, bullying, trauma responses, difficulty regulating emotions, or changes in behavior that require careful observation and compassionate support.
BEHAVIORAL & DEVELOPMENTAL SUPPORT
This may include autism spectrum needs, ADHD, developmental differences, learning differences, sensory-processing needs, communication challenges, nonverbal or minimally verbal communication, intellectual disabilities, behavioral escalation, difficulty with transitions, or the need for consistent reinforcement and structured care.
ABILITY, DISABILITY & COMPLEX CARE
HSBHAPG welcomes children with special abilities, physical disabilities, limb differences, neurological conditions, chronic health considerations, mobility needs, medically informed routines, or multiple overlapping needs. Care is approached according to the individual child rather than a label alone.
HSBHAPG does not assume that every child needs the same type of support, and an au pair does not replace a physician, therapist, psychologist, behavior analyst, nurse, or other licensed professional. The role is to provide informed daily care, observe responsibly, follow family and clinical guidance, maintain established routines, recognize changes, communicate clearly, reduce avoidable distress, encourage healthy development, and help the child feel safe, respected, understood, and included. Placement considerations are based on the child’s actual needs, personality, communication style, household environment, established care plan, and the qualifications required for that individual assignment.
