PLACEMENT MODEL DISCLOSURE
PLACEMENT AUTHORITY — All placement recommendations are issued exclusively by HSBHAPG’s placement directors following a comprehensive household suitability review. Member families do not select or browse support professionals. HSBHAPG determines all placements in accordance with its proprietary Compatibility-Based Placement Methodology.
CONSORTIUM vs. SERVICES — Consortium is separate from placement coordination fees and specialty service invoices. Your Consortium grants access to the HSBHAPG private institution and includes the core Continuity Plan™. Actual childcare services, staffing programs, extraordinary continuity programs, professional compensation, and travel are contracted separately. All fee structures are disclosed privately during household assessment onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in the formal Consortium and Services Agreement.
ELIGIBILITY — Consortium eligibility is determined solely by HSBHAPG following review of the household assessment application. Submission of an application does not guarantee consortium approval or placement services.
